(the Society formerly known as Claires Court & Ridgeway Parents’ Society, or PSoc)

Brian Cullingford is the first President of the Claires Court and Ridgeway Society. His relationship with the School goes back some years: his son Michael was a pupil with us from 1981 to 1987 and is now a consultant with Celebrity Speakers International. During his time as a parent with us, Brian served on the Committee of the Parents’ Society for five years, three of those as Chairman.
Brian has enjoyed wide experience of both business and broadcasting, having worked extensively with the BBC as well as independent television and radio as presenter/interviewer on numerous national programmes including ‘Today’, ‘What the Papers Say’, ‘Songs of Praise’ and ‘Moviegouround’. For a year he appeared on the BBC’s daily television programme Point West, taking over from Jonathan Dimbleby; colleagues included Jan Leeming and John Craven. He also presented the long-running series ‘The Voice of Business’.
Brian’s own business experience includes sales and general management. He was a director of Monckton’s consultancy Monckton & Partners Ltd and M Hyman Company International. He is now Managing Director of Rabac, which provides intensive management, sales and media training to companies across the whole spectrum of industry.
We have no doubt that Brian will fulfil the role of President admirably and are delighted that he has accepted this honour.
